Travis Michael Fleming:

Travis Michael Fleming is the founder and executive director of Apollos Watered and host of the Those Who Serve the Lord podcast. A pastor, speaker, and theological thinker, he’s passionate about helping leaders and churches flourish in God’s mission through a framework called missioholism—a whole-life, kingdom-centered approach to discipleship. He has studied at Moody Bible Institute, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and has over 20 years of pastoral experience across diverse contexts. Travis lives in northeast Florida with his wife and four children.
Kevin R. O’Brien:
Executive Editor
Kevin O’Brien is a pastor, writer, and strategist with over 20 years in Christian publishing. He helps shape the content and direction of Those Who Serve the Lord and other Apollos Watered resources. His work has appeared in The Way, the NLT Illustrated Study Bible, FaithTech, and Preaching Today. He is coauthor of Life on the Spectrum and author of Devotions for Advent 2020. Kevin lives in North Aurora, Illinois with his wife Loretta, their three kids, a dog, and a cat. He enjoys woodworking, detective shows, and writing fiction—slowly.
Melissa Fleming:

Melissa Fleming leads the charge in sharing Apollos Watered’s story and vision with clarity and passion. A rare Florida native, she treasures family, sunshine, beauty, interior design, good food, football, and cooking. Melissa ensures our voice is consistent, our messaging sharp, and that Travis is camera-ready for every video.
With a degree in Church Music, Melissa also loves leading worship and helping others deepen their walk with Jesus. She directs all aspects of communication for Apollos Watered, bringing heart and excellence to everything she does.
Kurt & Jill Hawthorne:

Kurt and Jill have served together since their youth group days (fun fact: they first met Melissa Fleming there!). Kurt is a professional musician, ordained minister, and experienced producer with a rich history serving large churches and worship movements like Passion and Integrity Music. Jill, with degrees in Psychology and Bible, counsels women to flourish in their faith. These lifelong partners, now empty nesters with their goldendoodle Lolly, proudly serve Apollos Watered as friends, leaders, and audio podcast producers.
Sajid Chohan:

Born and raised in Chicago, Sajid comes from a diverse background with a Christian mother from the Philippines and a Muslim father from Pakistan. He is a middle school math teacher at Midwestern Christian Academy and spends summers doing video work for Phantom Ranch Bible Camp. Sajid is passionate about connecting Christian education with the camp experience. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two boys and enjoys editing content for his YouTube channel, How Do You Do.
Chris Kloetstra:

Chris has worked with technology from a young age and has been building websites since the early days of Geocities for his high school youth group and band. Professionally he has worked for marketing companies as well as running his own marketing and website design business for over 10 years. He enjoys the making and listening to music, being outdoors (kayaking, fishing, hiking & gardening) as well as spending time with his three kids. He lives in Canada, just a couple hours outside of Toronto, Ontario.
